Key statement: LocalArtGen is designed for on-device AI image generation. Your prompts and generated images are processed locally by the app and are not uploaded to our servers. The app includes Google Mobile Ads for interstitial ads and uses Apple StoreKit for the optional lifetime no-ads purchase.

1. Data Processed by LocalArtGen

LocalArtGen may process the following data on your device:

Prompt and generated image content: used to generate and display images locally.
Generated artwork history: saved locally on your device unless you delete it or uninstall the app.
App preferences: such as language, generation settings, image size, seed, style, and no-ads status.
Purchase status: StoreKit information used to unlock or restore the lifetime no-ads purchase.

2. Local Processing and Storage

Image generation runs on supported Apple hardware. Prompts and generated images are not sent to our own servers for generation, storage, or review. Generated images and settings may be stored locally so the app can show your history and preserve preferences.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Services

LocalArtGen uses Google Mobile Ads to show interstitial ads after image generation unless you have unlocked lifetime no-ads. Google and its partners may process data for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, frequency capping, diagnostics, and compliance. Depending on your device settings, consent choices, region, and Google's SDK behavior, this may include identifiers, approximate location, product interaction data, advertising data, diagnostics, and device information.

4. Purchases

Lifetime no-ads purchases and purchase restoration are handled through Apple StoreKit. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple may process purchase records, transaction identifiers, and account-related information according to Apple's terms and privacy policy.

5. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not require you to create a LocalArtGen account.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not upload your prompts or generated images to our own servers.
We do not use your generated images to train AI models.

6. Managing Your Data

You can delete generated images from the app history.
You can save images to Photos or share them only when you choose to do so.
Uninstalling the app typically removes locally stored app data from the device.
You can manage advertising permissions and tracking choices in iOS Settings where available.

7. Children

LocalArtGen is a general-purpose creative tool. If a child uses the app, we recommend use under parent or guardian supervision, especially because the app may display ads and offers in-app purchases.
